FOR THE EXPERIENCED SALESPERSON
New candidates are required to prepare a market research study for a particular market area and product specialty of their choice. It will include a rent survey and vacancy study, comparable properties for sale study and investment variable analysis and market trend. Photographs identifying the properties and ownership data must be provided.
FOR THE RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATE - SALESPERSON TRAINING PROGRAM
Upon acceptance the Kislak Salesperson Training Program, each trainee will begin an intensive twelve-month program designed to create the experience and training that the investment real estate brokerage environment demands in order to ensure success as a salesperson.
During the first six months, each trainee will work very closely with a senior member of the organization. Responsibilities will include completion of real estate license requirements, territory canvassing, market research, compilation of data, and attendance at weekly meetings as well as any other sales seminars or courses. Each trainee is given a set of goals to achieve.
For the remainder of the training program, the responsibilities will be the same as for any other salesperson. Each trainee will continue to be under the full time supervision of a senior member of the organization.
Our training program is ongoing. On a regular basis, our senior management team along with industry experts will discuss current issues affecting the real estate market. Role-playing workshops, in-house and outside sales courses and seminars are also an integral part of our continuing education program.
